Nir Vulkan is a Professor in Economics at Saïd Business School (University of Oxford). His research focuses on e-commerce, market design and fin tech.

He was the director of the centre for Entrepreneurship in SBS, and is co director of the Oxford online programmes for fin tech, Blockchain strategy and Algo Trading.

In the past he taught a hedge fund course, reflecting his long term work on systematic trading with some of the world's leading hedge funds.
