Rami has 11 years of investment experience in public and private equity, fixed income and derivatives covering Emerging and Frontier markets.

Prior to joining Helvetican, Rami was a portfolio manager at SICO investment bank in Bahrain managing institutional discretionary multi-asset portfolios.

He later joined Amwal Asset Management in Qatar as a Portfolio Manager where he managed MENA-Turkey multi-asset funds and portfolios.

During his tenure at Amwal, he set up the Fixed Income Asset Management division and launched Qatar´s first Exchange Traded Fund.

The funds he managed earned the firm Qatar´s best asset manager in 2017 and 2018 awarded by EMEA Finance and Qatar´s best asset manager in 2017 by MENA Fund Manager.
